Endowment Request Form

This form is to be completed to request funding from the income earned from the Mission Endowment Fund of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Completion of this form does not ensure that funds will be granted and all awards are subject to the approval of the Endowment Committee.

Consistent with the establishing resolution of the Mission Endowment Fund, the purpose of the fund is to enhance the mission outreach of Immanuel Lutheran Church and no portion of the income of the fund shall be used for the annual operating budget of the congregation.
